The application has been completely rewritten in 2013 to take advantage of updates in application design, browser technology, new data visualizations techniques, and user interface improvements based on years of customer feedback with our earlier application.

Our goals for the application are:

  • Develop an application that is easy to install in less than 30 minutes
  • Optimize the user interface to quickly perform a set of high value search operations against an existing Lync® archive database
  • Provide tools to save, visualize, and export, a variety of useful queries
  • Simplified access control list structure optimized for 5-15 people (the 5-15 folks who will be performing the queries)

Founded in 2002 by several former IBM employees, Instant Technologies develops social applications for the enterprise including compliance and productivity solutions for the IBM Lotus Sametime and the Microsoft UC platforms. HR Auditor is accessed via the end users web browser. We support the following browsers:

HR Auditor was designed to be accessed from a desktop or laptop computer. The application can be accessed from a tablet or phone, but the application is not currently optimized for those platforms.
